With over 44 years of experience in design, design project management, and project coordination, I focus on creating innovative, practical solutions for high-footfall spaces like airports, rail stations, and transportation hubs.
My expertise lies in understanding operational challenges and delivering designs that meet client needs while keeping their operations running smoothly. I’ve successfully managed more than 260 projects, including the Swissport Aspire Lounges, and I’ve contributed to major projects at Heathrow Airport. Whether I’m coordinating with multiple stakeholders or leading intricate upgrades, I make sure every design aligns with the client’s goals and enhances the customer experience.
As the founder of Building Design and Management, I combine my design expertise with hands-on project leadership to deliver solutions tailored to each client. My collaboration with top contractors such as Atkins, Balfour Beatty, and Mace means my clients benefit from proven strategies and precision planning. Together with Salvador’s technical innovation, I drive BDM’s ability to provide dynamic, future-ready spaces that work for both clients and their customers.
I’m also a good listener and can simplify complex concepts, explaining them in a clear and easy-to-follow way. I’m able to remove the ‘noise,’ focus on what truly matters, and deliver solutions that bring real benefits – because I care deeply about the outcomes I create.

I bring extensive expertise to my role as Design Manager at Building Design and Management. Originally from Poland, I moved to the UK at 19, gaining a foundation in business and economics before building my career in project management. Certified as a CAPM and currently pursuing an NVQ Level 7 in Construction Management, I thrive on delivering projects efficiently. My keen eye for detail and site experience allow me to tackle challenges effectively and collaborate with ease.
